Sarah Davies is a solicitor in our Property Litigation Team. Sarah qualified in August 2002 and although initially dealing with civil litigation now specialises in property litigation work.
Sarah advises on a broad spectrum of property litigation matters with a particular interest in boundary issues, adverse possession, trespass and public and private rights of way and village green matters. Sarah's clients are diverse and range from commoners associations through to farmers.
Sarah is also a member of the Property Litigation Association.

Where did you grow up?
Cardiff
What was your first job?
At the age of 16 I knew I waned to work in the legal profession so worked as an office junior in a Solicitors firm in Cardiff. I stayed with the same firm for 9 years where I eventually completed my training and qualified as a solicitor
Who would be your ideal dinner guests?
David beckham, robbie williams and david attenborough
Where is your ultimate holiday destination?
Rome for a short break and the carribean for a lazy 2 weeks
What would you rather be doing now?
I enjoy learning welsh, keeping fit and spending time with my family
