Neil Jacobi and Richard Howells of JCP Solicitors are both accredited by the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists.

Neil Jacobi is a Member and Richard Howells is an Associate Member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) which is group set up to make sure that all specialist are at a high standard in this particular area of law.

In order to quaify for membership both Neil and Richard had to pass a stringent and specialist 2-3 year diploma course, run by ACTAPS.
